1. How do you make your selections?
Our selections are made by analyzing numerous data points that we feel are the best indicators of a matchup's outcome. Data from multiple sources is gathered and assessed to determine if value exists relative to the posted line.
2. Do you see value in every game?
We do not see value in or make selections on every game. Sometimes the data is too inconsistent to establish a trend or indicate value.
3. How many picks do you make per day? Per sport?
The number of picks will vary each day depending on the number of games and the number of sports running concurrently. Typically, we provide 1-5 picks per day in baseball and basketball, although that is subject to vary based on the amount of value we see across the different matchups.
4. Do you guarantee any of your picks?
We do not guarantee any of our picks. There is no such thing as a guaranteed winner in sports.
5. Do you ever experience losing streaks?
Losing streaks are inevitable and happen to everyone. We strive to find value that will provide long term results. Upsets happen, teams don't show up, players have off nights, mistakes are made. The key is to develop a methodology that results in a positive trend over time.
6. How can I trust that your record is legitimite?
We have been posting our picks for free on our Instagram page since March 2016. Each pick is posted before the game begins, therefore it is able to be seen by our followers ahead of time and provide legitimacy to our record. Many other services only display their winning nights after the fact with no mention of their losses, providing very little transparency into their true record.
7. How do you distribute your selections each day? At what time?
Each day, after conducting our research and finalizing our picks, we will distribute an email to our members. We aim to distribute our picks at least three hours before the game begins, however there are times when this is not practical. For instance, players that are a game time decision in basketball may impact the timing that a pick is distributed. Furthermore, on days where there are early afternoon games, we will typically distribute those picks in the morning while finalizing the remainder of our research. In these instances, a member may receive multiple emails per day with our selections.
8. I'm still on the fence. Do you offer any trial periods?
WGS currently offers a three day, $10 trial period for new members to get a taste of our sports picks service.
9. What types of sports packages do you offer and how much do they cost?
Our different sports packages are listed under the "Purchase" tab. There you can see the different options and prices.
10. What types of payment options do you offer?
Currently, PayPal is the only payment option offered.
11. I recently purchased a sports package but I haven't seen an email with selections come through.
Check your spam/junk email folder. Often times, WGS emails may be routed there by your email provider. Update your settings to redirect our emails to your normal inbox. If it's not in your spam folder, you may not have clicked the "Activate Membership" or "Return to Merchant" button upon payment completion. If you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will reconcile payment on your account and add you to the distribution.
12. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription online through your PayPal account.
